Well my compatriot Kostas doesn't look very interested (or is VERY VERY busy) as I see long standing bugs still there. In fact SCUMMVM hardly runs on my modern device (HTC Touch Pro) and I don't even see an attempt fixing part of that. In fact even my email rarely get answered (and I am not just a s...

DOSBox emulates DOS environment, not SCI.

It's a whole different ballgame.

There is no point comparing interpreting SCI with RUNNING the actual program.

SCUMMVM still needs to implement this interpreter.

FreeSCI is still far from perfect. I don't even consider it a viable alternative until all SCI versions are supported. The best support it has right now is SCI0 support (EGA games) and even that still has problems. To "consider it an alternative" means you have another solution to emulate...

How come and SVN is exe not zip?

Is there a specific reason Windows daily builds are in exe setup form and not a plain zip? Someone that wants the daily build is most definitely already using SCUMMVM, plus most probably something a bit more than "setup only users" - so why run the setup again for every tiny change? Having...

So who maintains WM port now?

Is Kostas still doing it? (because seems he is not active in the forum, plus he haven't replied my mail 2 months ago!...)

Someone else?

I would really love to see a more updated build, also supporting Touch Pro correctly (correct rotation, full use of keyboard etc.).

yeap, a new unstable beta after a long time - still no automatic detection of games in folders (you have to edit manually an config file that is badly placed too - no easy portability for a multi-platform project... weird) ...at least now there is an elementary selection GUI nobody else read the ori...

I don't get it, isn't the ini file looked for in the . directory of the exe already? Proper seeking is important (if it is not already implemented), but the correct way is first look in profile THEN in current directory, not the other way around (I don't think there is need of explanation on why). O...

I cannot reply for the SCUMMVM team but the one thing I notice in your question/request is that you don't pay attention in a simple thing: SCUMMVM uses "engines" that interpret in a way scripted scenarios. I doubt the games you mention use any formated and documented generic engine (by gen...
