Recoring speech from Full Throttle

Hi,

Does anyone know how to record or otherwise extract the speeches from Full Throttle? I'd need some quotes for my 3D animation class at school where I modelled Ben and now I'd like to give him some voice with lipsync, thus the audiofiles are needed.
