What does the DSi mean for ScummVM?

Post by Sargon »

Will ScummVM take advantage of the additional RAM and processing power of the DSi, allowing it to run some of the games that weren't possible to run on the original DS and DS Lite?

As far as I know, there is no homebrew on the DSi yet. When there is, I could potentially make a version of ScummVM which is more capable than the current version.

But it's too early to say yet. Watch the usual homebrew news sites for early DSi homebrew, as it'll be there first!

I've read bunnie and then bushing got themselves one.
Bushing says in his post that he has a Lite as well but never played around with it much.
I'd personally prefer he concentrate on Wii/BootMii at the moment anyway.
