How to change kbd. layout to Russian in Sierra AGI-games?

There are some fan-translated to Russian Sierra AGI games like Space Quest I and II. But the game needs russian text to be entered (I think, because it doesn't understands basic commands like "look"), and the default keyboard layout is English. How to change it to Russian? (Default Windows keys do not work.)
