Heya Peers - Corrupted Data.

Post by Pippin »

I'm running the 3.52 M33-3 firmware, and need a bit-o help, so I came here maties. Here's me prob:

I extract them into my "GAME" folder, ( The ScummVM X version that is.) and when I look for it on my PSP, it's read as corrupted data :O.

So I try with the 150GAME folder and the 352 game folder, same stuff.

Need help! Thanks ScummVm forum! ^_^

sounds to me like you are using the 1.5 version, but only 1 folder.

redownload scummvm and use the 1.00 eboot. put that in a folder (name doesn't matter, but something relevant, like ScummVM-PSP, so you remember what it is might be useful) inside GAME150.
If that fails, find a program called patchSFO and run that.

Wait, what do you mean by 1.00 eboot?

EDIT: No, I was using 3.52 Kernel version, but I can switch between 1.5 and 3.52 kernel versions if that's what you want.

1.00 EBOOT - 1 EBOOT.PBP, 1 folder (ScummVM-PSP)
1.50 EBOOT - 2 EBOOT.PBPs, 2 folders (ScummVM-PSP and ScummVM-PSP%)

ScummVM doesn't work on the higher kernal of custom firmware, only the 1.50 kernal (for me at least). And last I checked there was only 2 versions of ScummVM, for 1.00 and 1.50.

Thanks, I got it working.
