Leather Goddesses of Phobos 2

Post by scoriae » Fri Jun 07, 2019 2:44 pm

When launching this game through a shortcut, I am using the line:
".\scummvm\scummvm.exe" --no-console -F -p.\leather\ lgop2

I have set up my other scummvm games using this method and not had an issue.

However, with this game, it gives a pop-up window error:

Code: Select all

MinGW Runtime Assertion
Assertion Failed
File:/data/sharedrepo/engines/made/made.cpp, Line 77

Expression: _gameId != -1
If I choose to "Ignore" this message, the game launches fine.

I have also found that if I launch scummvm by itself, add the game to the launcher, and then run the shortcut, it does not have the error.

The problem is, I have this running on a flash drive, and it is meant to be portable. So I can't rely on the drive letters always being the same. If I move my flash drive to a different computer, it goes back to giving the error message again.

I am primarily testing on Windows 10 using the official 2.0.0 build (Dec 9 2017 07:14:40).

I have confirmed the same behavior exists in the latest daily build as well though.

I am using the correct game id, as far as I can tell.

Any thoughts? Thank you.
