This is by no means an official release, I just downloaded the source code and compiled it. I tested it and it works on my computer but don't blame me if anything breaks.
No changes whatsoever were made to the source code so please don't send me any GPL claims either, just download the official sources.
If it doesn't work, try installing the Visual Studio 2010 SP1 x64 runtime from here.
