Master builds no longer available?

This link used to work. Unfortunately now it gives me a "Forbidden" error. Browsing here yields an empty directory.

The Buildbot information shows builds have been completing successfully.

Is this a policy shift on providing pre-complied master builds? Is something wrong with the server permissions? Or am I just doing something wrong?

During release cycles, we only provide test builds for the new release (1.3.0 in this case). We have not yet resumed providing test builds from the development (=master) branch, but will soon.
