Touch Controls: Landscape vs Portrait

I'm on an iPhone 16 Pro Max running the latest version of iOS and noticed the touch controls are a lot less responsive in Landscape Mode than they are in Portrait Mode. Anyone else have a similar experience?

What do you mean with less responsive? Do you experience the same issue when in "Direct mouse" and "Touchpad emulation" mode?
