Touchpad emulation on PC?

Is it possible to get the touchpad emulation on Windows machines?

I would like to know the same thing. The only guide that seems to promise that is from 2016 and does not work anymore.
Does anyone have a current answer?

I would like to report that I was able to reach the desired result by using Bluestacks Android emulator with the android version of ScummVM. It works reasonably well and does not seem to be too CPU hungry, keeping the battery consumption fairly low.

While it is a little weird to play a windows game in a windows emulator on android which is running in an android emulator on windows, it works

I should add that the game I am playing is Kathy Rain and I did not try anything else so I can't say if the performance would be fine in any game.
