Broken Sword 1 & 2 Doesn't work scummvm 2.5 android v12

Android v12 on Samsung S21

Impossible to use Broken Sword 1 & 2 on SCUMMVM 2.5. The application does not recognize the game in the appropriate folders.
On another device, with android v9, these games (same file than use on my Samsung S21) are correctly detected.

Any idea?
Do you need additional information ?

Android keeps changing the filesystem access with every iteration.

We have problems with many Android 11 devices, I think you're one of the first persons attempting to run ScummVM on Android 12.

There is not much we can do as we do not have an Android developer. Maybe in some time, we will manage to improve something on our own, but I am afraid, by that time there will be Android 13 or 14 with another set of backward incompatibilities.

Broken Sword works fine for me on my Note 10+, which is on 12. I'm using the latest development build.

Hello,
Just installed both on my S22 Ultra.
Everything is working

But I store the games files in a ScummVM games dedicated folder :
/storage/emulated/0/Stockage/ScummVM

Only thing that I have noticed is the virtual keyboard is flickering when trying to type a savegame name (no issue with the ScummVM save feature).

john_matrix is correct. I am on a Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 on Android 12L & this works. You just have to manually add the path /storage/emulated/0/GAMEFOLDER (replace GAMEFOLDER with the folder name where you have your game files. Mine is scummvm. So my path is /storage/emulated/0/scummvm). Then just add each game in one by one. I hope this helps & I am excited to try these on the large Fold 4 screen. Thanks john_matrix!
