I tried to improve the wiki page to make it clearer that DATAS_V directories shouldn't be included.
Could you tell me if it's more understandable now? Thanks.
Yeah, that sounds good.

Problem: if you choose the option ´encyclopedia´ in the main menu, the ScummVM launcher (and the game) crashes. Console output: Can't open links file: lien_doc.alm!

Solution: move (or copy) /TEXTES/TOUS_DOC.ALM to /TEXTES/LIEN_DOC.ALM and it works.

You are right - the German DVD version has the same crash.
But you have to rename not tous_doc.alm, but lien_doc.txt (to lien_doc.alm)!
That's probably some bug in ScummVM, as different language versions use different tous_doc.*** (.GB, .ALM, *.ITA etc.), but lien_doc.txt has the same name for every version.

Yes you are right.

Whats about the mysterious RAVENSBG.HLZ file in german versions? Neither my german 2 CD (DOS version) game nor the multi-lingual (WIN version) DVD include a file with that name. The console output starts with: Trying file RAVENSBG.hlz
WARNING: Failed to find file RAVENSBG/RAVENSBG!
WARNING: Failed to open hlz file RAVENSBG/RAVENSBG!

I know Ravensburger Interactive Media GmbH published and distributed this game for a while. But my german game versions are sold without the brand of Ravensburger.

I have a fix pending for the two issues you reported.
I just need a pull request to be accepted before.

About the Ravensburger logo, it is present in a Mac OS edition.
I made a check to avoid loading it if it's absent.
The same Mac OS edition, got a LIENS_DOC.ALM file unlike all other editions. It's an error as this file is localization independent.
I added a flag to use the LIENS_DOC.ALM file only on German Mac version.

I also have a fix pending to avoid messing with directories. Once pushed, you will be able to add game directly from DVD-ROM.
For multi CD versions a copy will still be needed to merge the two CDs but it will be simpler.

Hi!

I"m trying to run this game on my Android tv box .
I tried both the official scummvm app from the play store (2.5 I think) and an unofficial libreretro-scummvm core (2.7git).

With both app, I have the game running well but I have no sound except in the introduction videos.

Is there something to set up in order to hear the music and dialogs ?
