No fullscreen with Meegopad T02 under Windows 10

With a mini-PC Meegopad T02 I play on TV the talkie version of Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. Under Windows 8.1 32 bit was still possible with ScummVM in full screen mode. since upgrading to Windows 10 only in a small window. It must be due to the hardware because a laptop with Windows 10 makes Fullscreen
