How do i play monkey island 1

Right i have got Scummvm and the games monkey island 1,2 and 3 i want to put the game on my PSP and was wondering how i would do this?

Can u please put it in like a step-by-step guide and without any technical words because 2 be honest i don't understand them.

Also i don't know how to install all the game data on my PC rather than just what the game installs.
