[ RESOLVED ] Discworld 1 - psychiatrickerist's problem

Hi guys

i have question , i've checked this problem on 2 version of discworld , but the problem persist on both of them
i've played the game step by step , but i can't go upstairs ( near to psychiatrist ) , I've waiting long time on waiting rom , but i think there is a problem there :( can you please help me with your experiences ?

DOS CD version 1

and DOS CD version 2
