Gog sells PC games. Where can I buy a compatible version for Android?

The Curse of Monkey Island has been out of print for a long time, and LucasArts only released 4 adventures on Steam (CoMI wasn't one of them unfortunately).

You'll have to check eBay.

Yes. It shouldn't be hard to et a hold of or expensive, check Amazon or ebay, there are plenty of copies around.
