afaik, nobody is working on this one at the moment. So don't expect something soon.

But it seems to fit ScummVM criteria, so there's some hope... But someone has to find the motivation to spend some months on it

At least there is hope. I read that cyberdream's darkseed and darkseed 2 are/in the process of being supported so that's what sparked my interest for it being supported,

There is work being done on DarkSeed II but not DarkSeed I, which uses a different engine.
