Audio Dubber?

Hello, I am wondering if there's a program that could modify the Speech files from SCUMM games: Monster.sou in Earlier Lucasarts games, VOXDISK1.BUN and VOXDISK2.BUN in COMI, [gamename].tlk in early Humongous games and [gamename].HE2 in Later Humongous games. (Those are what the files are called) Is there any program that could do this? Because I'd like to have a go.

EDIT: BESIDES scummspeaks. I couldn't even get it to work.
