Can I extrack the midis files from the game?

It's possible that LucasHacks! has some tool to do that. I've heard good things about SCUMM Revisited, but since I don't run Windows myself I can't easily try it. If that doesn't work, you could look at places like iMuse Island to see if someone has already done the work for you.
