Death Rally re-released for free

The Finnish Remedy Entertainment, best known for their Max Payne games, has re-released their first game Death Rally. It's free and it has been updated to be compatible with current Windows systems.

I haven't checked out the download myself yet and can't say anything about its compatibility with other OSes. The 1996 original ran beautifully under DOSBox so any regression would be a pity..

UPDATE: Seems to run OK on Mac OS X (10.5) under wine.

Be aware, not as though I ever did use it back in the day, they have removed MP.

Stands for Multi Player I assume.
They would probably have to redo some/all network code for the new Windows repack and didn't want to spend too much time on it. Some network protocol thingies they may have relied on (like IPX) are dead now.
