Hi. Who has a save file round about where Foster uses the grappling hook? I'm using the CD version. I've been trying these, but I'm guessing floppies don't count.
Basically, Joey has malfunctioned outside the elevator of the factory level/storey, when he backed up against the railing and somehow got "stuck". Meaning the game effectively stops when Foster enters the elevator, and asks Joey to follow him. Not that Foster, before this point, can't talk to Joey ("Never mind").
Obviously if this glitch can't be resolved, I need to backtrack, hopefully not to the beginning.
