Out of the ones playable with ScummVM and the ones I've completed:

Broken Sword: The Shadow of the Templars
Day of the Tentacle
The Secret of Monkey Island
Beneath a Steel Sky
Loom
Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge
Broken Sword II: The Smoking Mirror
Sam & Max Hit the Road
Full Throttle
The Curse of Monkey Island

Hoo boy. Shuffled that list for a while. And I think I'll sleep much better tonight if I leave the numbers out.

Personally, I found Lost Eden to be quite bad :( The story was badly written and you always felt kind of lost when trying to figure out what to do next. Some of the puzzles were illogical. Plus, dialog scripts and voice acting were horrible... I wouldn't classify it as one of the top 10 adventures myself, but that's me :)

Here is a list of my favourites, adventure games that I can play again and again: (in no particular order)
Monkey Island 1
Monkey Island 2
Day of the Tentacle
Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
Zak McKracken
Simon the Sorcerer II
Normality
Leisure Suit Larry 6: Shape Up or Slip Out!
Grim Fandango

Those two are the worst adventure games I ever played. The game design is totally unfair. I never heard of anyone playing through them without a walkthrough. The worst things to have in adventure games are dead ends which aren't immediately recognizable as such.
