The second demo has been released. This version is Completely Crash Free(TM) with some re-recorded and re-mastered Guybrush lines.

Eh. I have no binaries/sourcecode. Just some edited game scripts you need to insert. I didn't make scummtr so I don't know if the source is avaliable anywhere.

Unless you need someone with a bad german accent I guess I won't be of much help. Maybe once you get to Indy3 I can finally become an evil nazi, Herr Jones.

Indy3 won't work. Engine limitations.

If you would like me to go into why MI2 works, I will ;)

Well I wouldn't mind, but I can only do the collating and compiling. I would need two other people:
1) Director - I have no theatre or acting experience so I would need someone to work with the voice actors.
2) Techie - I'm not a programmer and one is needed to implement the lines with variables e.g. money values although these can be replaced mostly with vague static lines.

Also I would prefer to start with MI1 and then move to MI2.

But it would be great if you could upload all your project files.

I believe that you can find them among still big fan base of those games. I would rather see on project´s pages ( http://speechproject.mixnmojo.com ) info about new leader and recruitment than about dying project.

Agreed with 'Mim', ending with a statement of "It was an interesting idea, but it would never have worked." if were to be true would make people wonder why you bothered and what the point of anyone else attempting to do the same thing.

As usual with the Internet, you seemed to spend more time /effort on trying to 'look the part' than planning the project to avert failure.

I guess that's because a lot of the work was done behind the scenes. But oh well, it's over now.

Ezekiel, most of the project files are already avaliable. Uploading the raw speech would be a pain.
