Anybody knows where I can get some information about SCUMM (such as language syntax, program structure etc.)???

Almost nothing is known about the original syntax of SCUMM, anyway.

Since the rights to SCUMM belong to Lucasarts, you might want to ask there in that case.

If you ARE LucasArts, did you lose the source for your games?
