First of all, sorry I made a mistake, each engine in ScummVM specifies how many bytes of each file are needed to generate the MD5 hash. In the case of Drascula, it's the first 5000 bytes.
The only way I've managed to make a correct MD5 check of a file chunk under Windows (by using one tool only) is with md5deep:

Download it and run it like this:
md5deep -p 5000 14.ald | find /i "offset 0-5000"
