All the inane chatter goes in here. If you're curious about whether we will support a game, post HERE not in General Discussion :)

Wooa, nice! You sure are damn good at what you're doing! If I may ask, did you get your copy of the adventurer? :-)

No, not yet, and actually, I don't need it anymore (which annoys me quite a bit), as I've found someone on the web who scanned his copy for me.

I'm already quite far into cleaning up the thing, but there's still a lot left to be done. Taking out the text and adding the missing part of the Death Star is probably the hardest thing yet to do. Here's the quality I'm at right now:

And yeah, I'd like to do more posters... MM being planned as the next one. Though I could still need some more hi-res scans. The Spanish hintbook has quite a clean version of the front artwork:

Maybe I'll find someone who has it.

I can scan my NES hintbook if that would be any use? I know it doesnt include all the image but maybe you can grab something out of it?

What resolution is neccesary?
Also Im going to scan my Maniac Mansion Famicom Hintbook cover
Its very different but I'd just like to put a decent copy of it on the net for future purposes :)

Wow, yeah, it would be great if you could do that. It's always good to start with the best possible quality, so if you could scan them at 600dpi that would be awesome!

I guess it's best then to upload them to Rapidshare or something similar.

Oh, I see, THAT'S the Japanese hint book... I guess I won't make a poster out of that, so don't worry about the blur ;-)

The other one is perfect though. Now I'll have to try and combine that with the face in the sky from MojoArts' scan.

Thanks!

I've just been looking, and thinking about the possibility of a Zak poster
I've found an image which shows the coverart without any text and without the computer platform sticker.
Its poor quality and couldnt be used for anything except a guide to help paint in some of the missing things

http://home.nikocity.de/claret/zak1.JPG

perhaps its possible to find another copy of this image?

Im certainly excited about having a Zak poster, as its my favourite game, but im also in no rush
Just thought I would say it anyway.
