...And another working goblins game!

Post by DrMcCoy »

Blazingly fast addition of Goblins 3 was gracefully performed thanks to not-so-big differences from Gobliins 2.

For you, an average peasa... adventurer, that means that YOU can reach an agreement between King Bodd and Queen Xina.

Will you succeed? Find out by grabbing your old copy of Goblins 3 from your dusty shelves, combining it with a shiny new ScummVM 0.10.0svn (check the build date, it has to be after April 21, 2007, yes, 2007).

Read our bug submissions guidelines and enter any bugs into the bug tracker.

P.S.: Please make a couple of screenshots along the way. The screenshots submission guidelines are here.
P.P.S.: We also still need screenshots for Bargon Attack.

...

what exactly are you asking?

Woodruff is currently recognized by the daily build - it's just not fully playable.

I got the CD version of Goblins 3, not sure about the floppy version (I'll find out though)

*.imd (movies)
*.stk (game data)
mus_gob3.lic (CD audio index)
imd.itk (movies)
degob3.itk (German speech)
usgob3.itk (English speech)
frgob3.itk (French speech)
track1.wav (the ripped CD-audio track with your favorite program of choice e.g. CDex - encode this to mp3/ogg/flac etc)

zzzzzzzz.zzz (I think this is not needed, but I'm not sure about it)

I just added that to the wiki, please correct me/it if it's not correct

Presumably unwanted language files (i.e. itgob3.itk, etc) can be removed to save space?

Yes, they are only accessed when playing in that language.
