The Dark Eye won’t launch on iPad and iPhone

Hi,

ScummVM is really a great project. I’m so happy to play many old games on current devices.
But does anybody know how to get running Macromedia Director title The Dark Eye on iPad or iPhone?
My game plays fine on Windows 11 PC and M1 MacBook but not on iOS devices.
I tested with English and French Windows versions of the game, on iOS 17 and ScummVM 2.8.1.
When I start the game then ScummVM stops on my iPad and iPhone 14.

Any help on this issue would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi

Sorry for late response. The Dark Eye got a lot of fixes since release 2.8.1 so while I've not tested the game myself I guess it should be running much better in the upcoming 2.9.0 release.
