Every once in a while, there's a copy available at http://www.priceminister.com/offer/buy/ ... eu-Pc.html though you'll have to be comfortable with buying it in French (or badly translated French) if one shows up.

Thanks but I have been watching priceminister for a while now and ever since it got supported in scummvm, no new copies have turned up. Go figure:p

I managed to find a copy of the game on priceminister.com shortly after it had gotten supported (back in February). Corresponding thread: http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?t=11048
