how do i compress the size of broken sword?!

can anyone help me?, my broken sword is over a gig!, need to compress it down!

Windows ScummVM build comes with the tools (in tools subfolder)
These are commandline tools, there's a tools README.TXT file in that folder too. You might additionally need lame or oggenc.

The tool you need for Broken Sword 1 is compress_sword1
