Graphics from Secret of Monkey Island (Amiga EGA version)

Does anyone know of an application capable of ripping the graphics (rooms, objects etc.) from the Secret of Moneky Island (Amiga EGA version, 16 colors)?

Scumm Revisited doesn't support displaying and exporting the images and the, otherwise excellent, LucasRipper by Tobybear doesn't support his game version either.

Any suggestions?
