Desperate For Scumm On I-Phone

First time post, but long time fan of Scumm, I've had Nokia phones before and sorted out the Scumm VM no worries, ..... However...

I had a weak moment and bought an I-phone, I've saved the download from here to my desktop but have NO idea where to go next....

Please I'm no Bill Gates (thank Christ) so can any help be as simple as possible, even drawings or puppets to explain will help,

No idea how to do it as I don't have an iphone, but you might try looking here or posting in the iphone sub-forum.
