Fate of Atlantis Pb "unsuported filename IQ"

Post by Harrypoppins »

Hi every one !
I've recently bought Indiana Jones and The Fate of Atlantis (talkie version  ). I use actually the mac ppc svn build (talkie version not supporrted yet in officials ports).

I've copy these files in in a new folder:
-ATLANTIS.000
-ATLANTIS.001
-MONSTER.SOU

All the interactive introduction work perfectly, when it's finish. At the start of game (also possible whith esc), the console menu immediatly appaers. It's say:
"
Console is ready
Debugger started, type 'exit' to return to the game.
Type 'help' to see a little list of commands and variables.
ERROR: (10:145:Ox1F)/ SO_LOAD_STRING: Unsupported filename points-IQ!
"

I've try all commands and scummvm quit anytime, i'don't understand the problem ? here is some files who're corrpts (however the cd isn't soo ugly) ?

Thanks you ^^

Could it be a permission problem, don't know if the iq file is created in the save game dir (~/Documents/ScummVM\ Savegames/) or the game dir, but make sure both are writeable?

i don't know, because i retry the path of the game (it the first time this thing happens) and i look again on the wiki's page of files required for games.

You have also this game in talkie version ? If you have this one, can you try a new game with intro until the begin in New-york ? Thanks and good night ^^

Sounds like this bug, which should have been fixed recently. (But wasn't?)
