Broken Sword 1, language altered

I own the German version of Broken Sword 1 from sld out.
I Copied both cds to my HDD, deleted all not needed files and enconded the cutscenes to DXA and compressed the audio to Vorbis.
now i Play the game and i have to see that the menu and the subtitles,are english, while the Speech is german.
Whenn I install the Game normally, (in windows) the Game is complete german.

Is there a way to make the game in ScummVM complete german too? this is quite irritating.

I run Mac OS 10.5.2 on an 15" MacBook Pro and use ScummVM 0.11.1

In the ScummVM launcher, click on the Broken Sword 1 entry, click on Edit Game, in the tab set language to German.
