Monkey Island 1: can't find monkey.000?

I downloaded MI1 a few days ago the cd version. I go to add the game to the list it its all cool and works there but when I try and run the game it says it cant find monkey.000. I checked the folder the file is there so I have no idea whats going on any help would be great.

That doesn't make it any more legal. If your TV breaks down you are not allowed to go to the shop and take away a free replacement either.

I do not wish to imply I support this sort of thing and I do not wish to get on the bad side of the forum so Im not going to complain. I came here to ask a question to have solved. Also its not like im asking where to get this stuff.
