monkey island 3 ff

im using a program called daemon cuz i cant get scumm vm to work for my monkey island 3 game

i downloaded a torrent for it but when i start playing the game and it works fine but once it shows the opening movie and guybrush is in the bumper car in the water it starts like fast forwarding itself

also if anybody could help me on getting scumm vm working good or somthing plz reply

or mssg me on aim itd be alot of help and id appreciate it thnxyou

I actually had the same problem when I first bought the game a few years ago - on my dad's PC, the game would randomly fast forward through some of the cutscenes, it'd run them at a higher rate than it should have done. I actually took it back to the shop and got it exchanged (but it still did it! Was my face red afterwards

)

To be fair though, that was with the original interpreter, not ScummVM, and I haven't had this problem since I've been using ScummVM.
