This is just a warning that can be safely ignored. It is connected to the TTS (text to speech) accessibility feature so, if you're not using that, you should be fine.
What it means is that you are using ScummVM UI in Spanish but ScummVM did not detect any available or compatible Spanish speech pack in your Operating System to use for the TTS function.
