Automatic extraction of SVN build under Win32?

I figured I'll make a scheduled task during the pre-0.9.0 test phase to get the latest SVN build each day and extract it to my testing directory by use of a batch file. I used to be able to extract the daily builds with 7-Zip, thereby making it very batch-friendly, but that doesn't seem to work anymore - 7-Zip says "unknown format" when I try to extract the file. I'd like not to have to go through the installation dialogues every time so a way of automating the extraction process would be appreciated.

Any clues?
