Can't rip music with ScummVM tools

I have the GOG version of the Love For Sail (Game Of The Millennium) and I want to rip the masterpiece soundtrack but I can't rip it.

I think I choose the correct tool but It simply doesn't work.

Is there an tutorial somewhere? Can anyone please tell me if they are 44100 16 Bit quality lossless WAV (Also what about the voice files?) ? Its the best soundtrack ever made and I want to listen it.
