Have you ever encountered this? I have Scummvm with the new RetroArena for odroid xu4. It creates a garbled svm txt even though i delete it in the ini file. Attached is the file.

I am not aware of ScummVM creating any svm files. A quick look at the RetroArena codebase on github indicates that the file seems to be indeed created by RetroArena itself (for example see here). So maybe this question would be better asked on the RetroArena forums (or maybe on the RetroPie forums since RetroArena seems to be based on it, and RetroPie also seems to be creating those svm files).
