Quest for Glory 3 initiation issue

Post by CaptainJei »

I'm currently playing through Quest for Glory 3: Wages of War, as a paladin, and as I finished the first part of the initiation contest (tying the vine to the spear), the elder tells me that I won the contest, then immediately says that Yesufu won the contest. The contest carries on without any points being awarded me.

Does anyone know if this is a ScummVM bug, or if it is a bug in the game itself?

Please, file a bug report and attach a save game where this happens

I filed a bug report about this a few days ago, and it was listed on the bug tracker for a day or so, but now it seems to be gone.

Should I refile, or was it maybe removed for a reason?

We are really sorry about this. These days the bug tracker was changed from the sf.net one to trac (which is what you used to submit the bug report). However, this wasn't successful, therefore we rolled back to the sf.net bug tracker. This means that all bugs that were submitted to the tracker during this period (including yours) are now missing :( Could you please resubmit your bug to the sf.net bug tracker? Thanks!

Your bug at the trac bug tracker is here:
https://sourceforge.net/p/scummvm/bugs/6154/
and the sf.net bug tracker, which we are using as the official tracker again is here:
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_ ... tid=418820

Thanks for fixing this! (and for everything else you and the other developers do)
