ScummVM DS 0.13.0

Hi everyone,

As you may have noticed, the ScummVM team is gearing up for the 0.13.0 release soon. Unfortunately, I was caught up in real life work and couldn't spend as much time as I would have liked working on ScummVM DS. This means that there won't be a final version 0.13.0 of ScummVM DS released along with the other versions.

I now have a build which works fairly well, and plan to release a beta version soon for everyone to test within the next few weeks. I just need to give it a thorough test myself first to make sure all the little niggles have been worked out.

So, thanks for your patience, and check back soon!

Hope that talkie ITE will be reintroduced with extra ram support.
