Using M3 Real, skipping and slowness in games

Post by the_masked_man »

I'm used to use M3 simply (M3 Lite before that) both worked fine, but I changed to the M3 Real and I'm using a fast 8GB mircoSD. Whenever I bootup MI1 for example I get very poor audio, skipping ect. This is the same (if not worse) with talkie Sam and max but accompanied with poor frame rate, is there a setting or something that I may have changed, can it be fixed or did I waste alot of money on the real? :|

Apparently nobody with knowledge about this particular hardware was online in the 7 hours, 10 minutes between your posts.

I don't have an M3 Real myself, but I would be surprised if such a popular card had major problems. I think it's more likely that you turned on an option which slows down the game and forgot about it.

The options that make most difference are the high quality audio options and the software scaler. Press 'select' in the game and check whether these are turned on. You can reset all your options by deleting the scummvm ini files in the root directory of your card.
