Post by pitchshifter182 »

Hi
Just bought an m3 simply yesterday and am having problems playing monkey island on the ds. I can load up scummvm fine and it recognises the game but when i click on start the game doesnt progress beyond the lucasarts logo at the start!!!
Any help is much appreciated!

Hi David,

Did you check the cd-audio files are encoded as specified in the readme file?

I don't want to be rude, but you should always read the readme file before posting a question. It saves time for everyone.

Check out http://scummvm.drunkencoders.com/#cdaudio.

I wasn't aware that the Beta versions don't come with a complete readme! I can see why you got confused.

But to be fair there was also a link in the thread above titled 'Everything about ScummVM DS. READ BEFORE POSTING.' So I think my point still stands. ;)

No big deal, though.
