Just to be sure here, is this the full game or the demo?

I've assumed English, let me know if I'm wrong. (For future reference, the "Game Version" should be the one reported when detecting the game in ScummVM)
Yeah, it's English. I was confused because some games do report an exact version number and this one just said (DOS/English).

Oh by the way, I wondered about the 'old' and 'new' King's Quest IV entries in the list. I thought the 'old' version of King's Quest IV was a rare AGI version (at least it's not in any collection that I know of), so it would be weird to test it during a SCI test run.

The initial version of KQ4 SCI used a different SCI version. A newer version was released afterwards, which had a more finalized version of the SCI engine. We call the former "old" and the latter "new".

The "old" KQ4's version number is 1.000.111. It has alternate backgrounds compared to the newer version. And the nighttime scenes, instead of pasting a separate night sky background on the day backgrounds, has completely different picture resources for the night time screens. V1.000.111's graphics are more reminiscent of the AGI style of artwork regarding depth and shading. Here's a few comparisons:

Ah, I never knew that! Thanks for the information. Both my collections seem to have Kings Quest 4 version 1.006.004, so I guess I'll be playing the 'new' version then.

Game: Police Quest 1
Game Version: Dos/English
ScummVM Version: 1.2.0svn51367
Operating System: Windows Vista Bussiness, Service Pack 1, 64 bit

Problems:
3035821 Loading a game that was saved when driving results in a screen without the map, so you can't see where you're going. Game remains playable if this happens, but you will have to exit and enter your vehicle to see the map again.
3036125 Poker Game generates a script error at random times, so is unplayable. It can be skipped, but you lose some points.
I did finish the game by skipping the Poker parts.

The SCI Fan Games are now startable in ScummVM. It would be great if we could get the rest of them tested :)

The link to download them all can be found here.

Thanks!

Game: Jones in the Fast Lane
Game Version: Dos/English, apparently Floppy version, 1.000.060, VGA
ScummVM Version: ScummVM 1.2.0svn (Jul 28 )
Operating System: Ubuntu Linux 10.04 LTS, 32-bit i386

Problems:
Did the shortest game possible, so not all locations were visited or used (Bank, Pawn Shop etc). Game is playable, but there is something weird in the music.

Some instruments (or tracks) seem muted or quieter, mainly the lead instruments are missing (adlib/opl music).

I guess I should go and try to file a bug report now.

I have both versions and it seems it is the floppy version that I pulled out of my backup archives. There are install batch files that refer to floppy disks.

ScummVM does not say it is CD version either.

@jepael: OK, what revision of ScummVM? It should say it in the launcher with the ScummVM version (ie. 1.2.0svn51427 means revision 51427).
