Are you using a build of the trunk or the 1.0.0 branch? SCI only works in the former.

It won't be in the daily builds until version 1.0 comes out, but you can compile your own version from the svn trunk and turn on all engines which includes unfinished ones like sci.
I think there is a daily build around that includes sci but not the official scummvm ones.

Everyday I get a daily build but it's been months that I cannot run SCI games with them.

It is probably full of debug information (maybe even including the statically linked libraries as debug builds). After stripping the binary it is only 12M for me.

Doesn't matter, now I got my SCI games working again. Except for Larry 3 that crashed when I tried to look at the golden sign on the begining

From http://buildbot.scummvm.org/snapshots/trunk/ you can choose whatever version you're looking for.

Sorry, I just assumed that tar.bz2 means it's not for Windows...

Wow, it actually works! And even (at least partially) for SC1.0+ games!

Now how can I strip the binary and get rid of the 130 Mb EXE?

Actually upx is an EXE packer. I don't know whether there's any download for a "strip" (that's the actualy name) tool for Windows, but usually MinGW/MSYS should come with a program called "strip".
