More Little Big Adventure on the way

Post by Blakes7 »

In light of ScummVMs support of Little Big Adventure this seemed relevant. Frederick Raynal and Didier Chanfray have announced a new studio to produce new Little Big Adventure games.

It is very unexpected but welcome news!

Eurogamer wrote that, even though development has not started yet, the new title is more likely a reboot of the series.
The bad news, however, is that even if all goes to plan, we won't be seeing a new Little Big Adventure instalment any time soon. Development is yet to begin on the project - described as a "reboot" of the original series in a job listing for a creative director on LinkedIn - but progress is set to be charted in 2.21's newsletter for those eager to learn more.

Not necessarily "bad" news, though yes I'd prefer a sequel. Also not necessarily "news", it could be that the LinkedIn listing is still not enough to tell, and we've yet to have an official definitive statement from the company.
