Add a line reading antialising=X in the grim-win section of your residual.ini file (look in the readme file to figure out where to find where to find it), where X is an even number (I find that 16 works best but you may want to play around with it).

Is that a hidden setting?
Is it meant to be incorporated as user setting in the launcher options of Grim Fandango in the future?

I think it started out as "semi-official", i.e. not something we'd advertise in the GUI, and just stayed that way. In practice, the way those graphics settings
work for ScummVM isn't really a good fit for how we do configuration, so we might want to do something a bit more specific to ResidualVM here eventually.

antialiasing don't work on latest residualVM.
modify residual.ini not change nothing.
Grim Fandango Remastered may offer a better experience all round.
