Indy 3 series IQ points

The warning at the end of indy3 tells you to go to the save/load screen and press load to save your series IQ points. Does this work normally in Scummvm? Is there a command which lets me access the original save/load screen?

Not at the moment. There was some discussion about it last year, but nothing has come out of it so far.
