Where did you get your funny list from?
You'd better take a look at the readme.txt, which has a list of supported games. And there also is the compatibility list.

but what happens when I run a game without MT32 support - what does it then default to? If it's a General MIDI game, it will be translated to MT-32. If not, ScummVM will select the default device for the game, which should be Adlib or PCjr then. CD Audio has nothing to do with MIDI. In fact the Mon...

Of course, you also can buy the CD version. Back then, burning CDs (and even CD images on hard disk) was that expensive usually publishers didn't bother implementing any copy protection in the CD versions (and fortunately some still don't). In the case of Simon the Sourcerer, the games are still sou...

I'm pretty sure, there is no open source software (which SDL is) comming with Windows. And you didn't install SDL because there is no need to do so. You have just that dll in your ScummVM directory (and maybe along with other software using it), that's all. Take a look here: http://www.libsdl.org/in...

Joey sounds like a ring modulation to me. I just tried it with a simple chord. Actually, you first need to get rid of the noise, as that will get even more noticable when modulated with a chord. Then you can modulate it with a simple chord, for instance 220 Hz base tone. Then it is heavily compresse...

Format glitch on the homepage
Sometimes, the "What Is ScummVM?"-box has just the width of its header, and there's a large gap between it and the menu bar at the right.
I'm using Windows 2000 and Mozilla Firefox.

If you really want to record each tracks separately and let the engine mix them together, this should work with the exception of those dynamic speed and tune variations. It will be in deed much more complex than CMI. Good example is the Barbery Coast, where you hear a main track and an alternate mel...

http://www.logic.turntablism.info/mp3/bass1.mp3 Sounds nice. Live instruments should be used whenever possible, of course. Also, why not use Ogg Vorbis for this? Also while at it, I think ScummVM should support soundtrack replacement for all games, where this is possible. That should be all kind of...
